摘　　要：根据煤炭市场需求,选煤厂水洗选矸设备、筛分设备时停用,造成整个工艺环节运行复杂,运行维护增加等现象。为解决上述问题,对原输煤系统进行改造,增加了原煤二次破碎系统。项目改造完成后,科技项目实施质量和管理水平得以提高,达到了公司科技减人、提质增效的目的。According to the demand of the coal market,the water washing and gangue separation equipment and screening equipment in the coal preparation plant are out of service,resulting in complex operation of the overall process and increased operation and maintenance.In order to solve the above problems,the original coal handling system was transformed and the raw coal secondary crushing system was added.After completing the transformation of the project,the implementation quality and management level of science and technology projects can be improved to achieve the purpose of reducing personnel though science and technology,improving quality and efficiency of the company.
