摘 要:采用一步法制备了以氮掺杂碳纳米笼(NCNCs)为组成单元的分级多孔碳微球,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)等技术手段对其进行表征,并以阳离子染料罗丹明B(Rh-B)和亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟废水作为处理对象,考察其吸附性能。结果表明,由于其多级的孔隙结构,吸附剂的吸附效果随着染料分子体积的减小而增大,对Rh-B和MB的最大吸附容量分别达到318 mg/g和505 mg/g。吸附过程均符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附方程,并且四次回收后的吸附效率可以保持在99%。Graded porous carbon microspheres with nitrogen-doped carbon nanocages(NCNCs)were prepared by onestep method,which were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM)and X-ray diffractometer(XRD).Using cationic dyes Rhodamine B(Rh-B)and methylthionine chloride(MB)as simulate waste water,the adsorption performance of prepared NCNCs was investigated.The results showed,because of its multistage pore structure,the adsorption effect of adsorbent increased with the decrease of dye molecular volume,and the maximum adsorption capacity for Rh-B and MB reached 318 mg/g and 505 mg/g respectively.The adsorption process met the quasi-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir isotherm equation,and the adsorption efficiency could be kept at 99%after four times of recovery.
