摘  要:潍坊某污水处理厂规模为6×10^(4)m^(3)/d,原出水水质执行一级A排放标准。通过提标改造将污水厂出水水质提高到准Ⅳ类水质,针对该厂进水工业废水比例较高、TN浓度较高和有机污染物难降解等特点,将现有生化系统卡鲁赛尔氧化沟工艺改造为Bardenpho工艺,同时将表面曝气改造为微孔曝气,强化脱氮的同时降低电耗;深度处理系统增加自养型反硝化深床滤池进一步脱氮,增设臭氧催化氧化池去除难降解有机污染物。提标改造工程中选用的工艺和设备注重节约能耗和药耗,减少运行成本。项目改造后运行稳定良好,出水水质完全达到了地方要求的准Ⅳ类水质标准。The scale of a sewage treatment plant in Weifang is 6×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the original effluent quality comply with class I a discharge standard.The effluent quality will be improved to quasi classⅣwater quality in the upgrad-ing and reconstruction project.According to the plant characteristics of high proportion of influent industrial waste-water,high influent TN concentration and difficult degradation of organic pollutants,the existing biochemical sys-tem Carrousel oxidation ditch process was transformed into bardenpho process,and the surface aeration will be transformed into microporous aeration to strengthen nitrogen removal and reduce power consumption.In the ad-vanced treatment system,autotrophic denitrification deep bed filter was added for further nitrogen removal,and ozone catalytic oxidation tank was added to remove refractory organic pollutants.The process and equipment se-lected in the bid upgrading and reconstruction project paid attention to saving energy and drug consumption and re-ducing operation cost.After the reconstruction,the project run stably,and the effluent quality fully met the quasi classⅣwater quality standard required by the local government.
