摘　　要：本文回顾了王伯祥教授治疗肝病尤重瘀血的学术思想和善用活血化瘀药物的临床经验,总结了该团队在“肝病血瘀证”临床和实验研究的成果,阐述了该团队在此基础上构建“毒损肝络”假说的具体内容和临床应用,提出以分期辨证取代分型辨证诊疗体系的构想。This article reviews Professor Wang Boxiang's academic thoughts on treating liver diseases,especially severe blood stasis,and his clinical experience in making good use of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.This article summarizes the clinical and experimental research results of"blood stasis syndrome of liver disease",expounds on the specific content and clinical application of the hypothesis of"toxic damage to liver collaterals"constructed by the team on this basis,and puts forward the idea of replacing the diagnosis and treatment system of syndrome differentiation by stages.
