摘 要:为筛选出光合效率高、光合潜能大的高山栲种源,于2020年在云南省昆明市中国林业科学研究院高原林业研究所,利用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定仪对5个种源(镇沅、龙陵、双柏、宾川、永德)高山栲幼苗的光合日变化、光响应曲线和相关荧光参数等进行测定,并进行相关性分析。结果表明,不同种源高山栲幼苗在同一环境中部分光合指标差异显著,其中龙陵种源在相同光强下的净光合速率快,能够适应更广泛的光,有较强的光能利用率和水分利用率,光合效率高,光合潜能大,可作为高山栲繁育的优良种源。In order to screen out the Castanopsis delavayi provenances with high photosynthetic efficiency and photosynthetic potential,the research Institute of Plateau Forestry,Chinese Academy of Forestry,Kunming,Yunnan Province,2020,the diurnal variation of photosynthesis,light response curve and related fluorescence parameters of Castanopsis delavayi seedlings from five provenances(Zhenyuan,Longling,Shuangbai,Binchuan and Yongde)were measured by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer,and the correlation analysis was carried out.The results showed that some photosynthetic indexes of Castanopsis delavayi seedlings from different provenances differed significantly in the same environment.Longling provenances had faster net photosynthetic rate under the same light intensity,could adapt to a wider range of light,had stronger light energy utilization and water utilization,had higher photosynthetic efficiency,and had higher photosynthetic potential,which could be used as an excellent provenances for Castanopsis delavayi breeding.
