摘　　要：总结1例耳源性破伤风患者的护理经验。护理要点包括保持呼吸道通畅,密切监测镇静评分、生命体征、有创血压以及导尿、营养支持、血糖管理、保护性隔离及基础护理、心理护理、健康宣教等。通过给予精心的治疗和护理后,患者康复出院。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with otogenic tetanus.The key points of nursing include keeping respiratory tract unobstructed,closely monitoring sedation score,closely monitoring vital signs and invasive blood pressure nursing,catheterization and nursing,nutritional support and blood glucose management,protective isolation and basic nursing,psychological nursing and health education.By giving patients careful treatment and nursing,we can establish their confidence to overcome the disease,and do a good job in health education and psychological nursing.The patients recovered and discharged after 26 days of hospitalization.
