摘  要:为研究不同配种方式(1只种公羊2次输精与2只种公羊各1次输精)对鄂尔多斯细毛羊母羊产羔率的影响,通过1只种公羊和2只种公羊对经产母羊人工授精效果进行比较分析。同时该实验2只种公羊进行精液品质检查。结果表明,2种公羊的饲养条件相同,鄂尔多斯细毛羊采用1只种公羊的进行2次输精(n=115)和2只种公羊分别进行各1次输精(n=416)的产羔率分别为135.85±14.82、155.13±10.06,二者差异性显著(P<0.05)。不同种公羊的射精量,活力,密度,体外存活4 h时活力,体外存活6 h时活力,体外存活8 h时活力共6项没有呈现差异显著性(P>0.05);对于10h时活力共1项呈现出差异性显著,在0.05水平显著性(t=2.819,p=0.023)。In order to study the effect of different mating methods(two insemination of one Breeder Ram and one insemination of two breeder rams each)on lambing rate of Ewes,the effect of artificial insemination on multiparous ewes was compared and analyzed by 1 Breeder Ram and 2 Breeder Rams.At the same time,semen quality of 2 Ram breeds was examined.The results showed that the feeding conditions of the two kinds of rams were the same,the lambing rate of Erdos fine-wool sheep was 135.85.14.82 and 155.13±10.06 respectively by two insemination(N=115)of one breeder and one insemination(N=416)of two breeder rams(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in ejaculation volume,vigor,density,vitality at 4 H,6 H and 8 h(P>0.05)For 10h,there was a significant difference in 1 item of vitality,which was significant at the level of 0.05(t=2.819,p=0.023).
