一例犬急性肾衰的病例分析

摘　　要：肾衰竭虽然是兽医临床的常见病例,但是对肾衰病例的诊断和治疗仍然是十分有挑战性的工作。该文介绍一例疑似中毒导致急性肾衰竭的博美犬。通过病史调查、临床表现、血液学检查和超声影像学检查,诊断该犬就诊时已处于急性肾衰的少尿期。排除钩端螺旋体感染及胰腺炎等潜在疾病,该犬临床表现有严重缩瞳、急性胆囊炎、腹膜炎、溶血性贫血,怀疑该犬是由于中毒导致的急性肾衰。经过积极的液体支持治疗,血免疫球蛋白控制溶血性贫血和血小板减少,阿托品对症治疗,最终成功将该犬治愈。Although renal failure is a common disease in veterinary clinic,the diagnosis and treatment of renal failure are still very challenging.This paper presents a case of acute renal failure due to suspected poisoning in a Pomeranian dog.The dog was diagnosed to be in the oliguria stage of acute renal failure at the time of admission through the investigation of medical history,clinical manifestations,hematological examination and ultrasonic imaging examination.Excluding underlying diseases such as Leptospira infection and pancreatitis,the dog presented with severe pupillary constriction,acute cholecystitis,peritonitis,hemolytic anemia,and suspected acute renal failure due to poisoning.After aggressive fluid support,hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia control with Immunoglobulin,and symptomatic treatment with atropine,the dog was successfully treated.
