摘　　要：随着市场多元化需求的释放,高端公寓需求持续扩大,其产品类型也越来越受到住房租赁行业的重视。越来越多的住房租赁企业开始涉足高端公寓这一赛道,但传统服务式公寓服务商和具有酒店背景的住房租赁企业仍是这一赛道的绝对领导者。本文从城家拓展服务式公寓产品矩阵入手,探讨酒店系住房租赁企业在高端公寓赛道发展的比较优势。With the emergence of diversified demand in the rental housing market,the requirement for high-end rental apartments has been expanding,which has become more and more valued by the rental housing industry.Numbers of rental housing operators have entranced into this market.However,the operators with traditional serviced apartment or hotel operation experiments are still the leaders of this niche market.This article will take CJIA as an example to illustrate its comparative advantages of hotel-operation rental housing enterprises in the development of high-end rental apartment racetrack by researching its product and facility matrix.
