摘　　要：文章选取2006—2020年中国30个省份能源产业面板数据,测算能源产业要素配置状况与效率损失。研究发现,中国能源产业存在明显要素错配现象,且部分子行业要素错配呈现加剧态势。能源产业要素错配具有显著区域异质性和行业异质性;能源开采区要素配置较为合理,能源加工区次之,能源均衡区要素错配最明显;不同能源行业中要素供给不足与过剩现象并存。要素错配对于能源产业产出缺口、产出变动以及全要素生产率损失贡献具有显著异质性,区域间的要素错配损失贡献更高。由此,提出加快推动新技术渗透、促进产业链纵向延伸、鼓励多种资本运营等建议,以期为能源产业高质量发展提供有益参考。This paper selects the panel data of energy industry in 30 provinces from 2006 to 2020 to calculate the factor allocation and efficiency loss of energy industry.It is found that there is an obvious factor mismatch phenomenon in China's energy industry,and the factor mismatch of some sub industries is showing an increasing trend.The mismatch of energy industry factors has significant regional heterogeneity and industry heterogeneity.The factor allocation of energy mining area is relatively reasonable,followed by energy processing area,and the factor mismatch of energy balance area is the most obvious.The phenomenon of insufficient supply and surplus of factors coexist in different energy industries.The contribution of factor mismatch to the output gap,output change and total factor productivity loss of energy industry is significantly heterogeneous,and the contribution of factor mismatch loss between regions is higher.It puts forward suggestions such as accelerating the penetration of new technologies,promoting the vertical extension of the industrial chain,and encouraging a variety of capital operations,to provide useful references for the high-quality development of the energy industry.
