摘  要:分析了某特钢公司大断面圆坯连铸机生产中拉引锭杆过程中结晶器液位发生较多频次的单点大峰值液位波动现象,结晶器钢水液位检测到较大幅值液位波动的会对连铸坯产生潜在危害及质量影响,对拉引锭过程液位波动的产生过程及原因进行了分析,并通过对柔性引锭杆进行优化改造,增加刚度,提升设备精度,同时规范设备预防性维护等控制措施,显著改善了拉引锭过程导致的大幅值单点液位波动产生的频次及峰值,降低铸坯改判量,效果显著。In this paper,the fluctuation phenomenon of molten steel level with single point and large peak value in the process of pulling dummy bar in the production of large section round billet caster in a special steel company is analyzed.The potential harm and quality influence of large amplitude liquid level fluctuation detected by molten steel liquid level in mold on continuous casting slab are analyzed.The principle and process analysis of liquid level fluctuation in the process of pulling dummy bar are studied.Through the optimization and transformation of the flexible dummy bar,increase the stiffness,improve the accuracy of the equipment,and standardize the preventive maintenance of the equipment.The frequency and peak value of large amplitude liquid level fluctuation in the process of pulling dummy bar are significantly improved,and the judgment amount of billet quality is reduced.The effect is remarkable.
