摘  要:在国家“双碳”战略目标背景下,对Q市某污水再生处理厂提标改造和优化运行模式开展跟踪研究。在不增加占地、工艺单元、电耗的情况下,通过强化调节池的水解酸化功能作为脱氮除磷生化系统预处理工艺,原位开发内碳源,溶解态COD(SCOD_(Cr))平均提高63.5%,节省外碳源投加量42.5%~55.4%;通过复合铁酶促活性污泥技术耦合AAO+MBR工艺运行,强化系统脱氮除磷效果,节省铁盐(FeCl_(3))平均投加量60%以上;较大幅度节省外加碳源、FeCl_(3)等药耗,污水再生处理系统出水除TN外其他指标稳定达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类标准,有效实现降碳的目的;同时,工程改造优化粗细格栅缝隙提高SS拦截效率,控制源头动植物油脂排放以及运行过程中FeCl_(3)过量投加,有效降低超滤膜污堵,使系统长期稳定运行。Under the national strategic goal of"Carbon Neutral&Carbon Peak",a follow-up research is carried out on the upgrading,transformation and optimized operation mode of a wastewater recycling treatment plant in Q City.Without increasing land occupation,process unit and power consumption,the internal carbon source is developed in-situ by strengthening the hydrolysis and acidification function of the regulating tank as the pretreatment process of nitrogen and phosphorus removal biochemical system.soluble COD_(Cr)(SCOD_(Cr))is average increased by 63.5%,the dosage of external carbon source is saved by 42.5%~55.4%.The combined iron enzymatic activated sludge technology coupled with AAO+MBR process is used to strengthen the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect of the system and save more than 60%of iron salt(FeCl_(3))on average,greatly saves the chemical consumption of additional carbon source and FeCl_(3),and the effluent of the wastewater regeneration treatment system stably meets the classⅣstandard of the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002)except TN,effectively realizing the purpose of carbon reduction.At the same time,the engineering transformation optimizes the setting of coarse and fine grid gaps,improves SS interception efficiency,controls the discharge of animal and vegetable oils and excessive addition of FeCl_(3) during the operation at the source,effectively reduces the pollution and blockage of ultrafiltration membrane,and makes the system operate stably for a long time.
