摘  要:针对一起某特高压变电站500kV液压弹簧机构断路器油压低分合闸闭锁故障,对该异常情况进行详细分析,判定为机构内部故障导致油压降低。通过解体找到渗漏点并最终查明是由于金属异物导致的渗漏;对金属异物进行化学成分分析,通过对比机构内零部件金属材料得出金属异物的来源;最后总结液压弹簧机构常见故障及处理方法,为现场故障处理提供参考。In view of a fault of low oil pressure opening and closing locking of 500kV hydraulic spring mechanism circuit breaker in an extra-high voltage(UHV)substation,by analyzing this abnormal condition in detail,it is determined that the internal fault of the mechanism leads to the decrease of oil pressure.By analyzing chemical composition of metal foreign body and comparing the metal materials of parts and components in the mechanism,the source of metal foreign body is found.The common faults of hydraulic spring mechanism and their treatment methods are put forward to provide preference for on-site fault treatment.
