气道打开体位自动调节装置的研制与初步应用

摘　　要：目的研制一种能自动打开气道的新型医用设备,并探讨其在心肺复苏人体模型中的应用效果。方法本研究依据心肺复苏和气管插管打开气道的原则设计了气道打开体位自动调节装置,并招募15名重庆市某高校医学生应用该装置分别在其体位夹角为90°、95°和100°情况下打开心肺复苏人体模型的气道,再行简易呼吸器通气,观察比较各角度下的通气成功率。结果气道打开体位自动调节装置体位夹角为90°、95°和100°时通气成功率的中位数分别为100%(70%~100%)、90%(80%~100%)和90%(70%~100%),3组间通气成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气道打开体位自动调节装置是一种自动、无创、操作简便、多功效、多特性的新型医用设备,能自动有效地打开人体模型的气道,在心肺复苏人体模型中应用效果明显,临床运用价值较高。Objective To develop a new airway opening device and explore its efficacy on a human manikin. Methods According to the principle of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and endotracheal intubation to open the airway, the airway opening device with automatic position adjustment was designed. Fifteen medical students from a university in Chongqing were recruited as participants.The participants used the device to open the airway of a human manikin under the 90°, 95°, and 100° of the angle of position(PA)which produced by the device, respectively, and then to use the bag-valve-mask to ventilate. The ventilation success rate of each degree of PA was observed and compared. Results The median ventilation success rate in 90°, 95° and 100° of PA were 100%(70%to 100%), 90%(80% to 100%) and 90%(70% to 100%), respectively. There were no significant differences in the ventilation success rate among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The new type of airway opening device is automatic, non-invasive, easy to use,and multifunctional, which can effectively open the airway of the manikin and it has high clinical promotion value.
