摘  要:目的为了克服传统随访模式效率低、无可视化等缺点,本文对造血干细胞移植患者手术后情况进行系统化数据采集与分析,为临床诊疗和科研工作提供技术支持。方法设计基于.NET架构和B/S与C/S混合模式的随访数据管理系统,并采用Python数据可视化技术进行实时的多类型和多维度展示。结果系统实现了智能生成生存曲线、死亡-复发时间等可视化效果图和相关统计结果,并显著缩短了问诊信息录入时间、数据可视化完成时间(P值均<0.05)。结论与传统的随访模式相比,该系统对于随访数据的管理更加准确高效,且具有清晰的可视化特征。Objective In order to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional follow-up model,such as low efficiency and no visualization,this paper aims to systematically collect and analyze the post-operative data of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients,and provide technical support for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and scientific research.Methods This paper designed and implemented a method based on.NET framework and B/S and C/S mixed mode of follow-up data management system and used Python data visualization technology for real-time multi-type and multi-dimensional display.Results The system realized the intelligent generation of the survival curve,death-recurrence time,and other visualized renderings and related statistical results.In addition,the time of inquiry information entry and data visualization were significantly shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional follow-up model,the system is more accurate and efficient in the management of follow-up data and has clear visual characteristics.
