摘 要:针对含天线复合材料泡沫芯夹层结构的破坏模拟问题,结合采用泡沫芯夹层结构为载体的共形天线结构的强度试验,构建了考虑泡沫芯和复合材料面板损伤的分析模型,对含天线和不含天线泡沫芯夹层结构的渐进损伤过程进行有限元模拟,研究结构的破坏强度与天线结构影响情况。分析与试验对比结果表明:破坏载荷的有限元分析结果与试验结果相比误差在5%以内,分析模型精度满足工程需求;天线的引入会削弱夹层结构的压缩承载能力,在结构设计时应予以关注。Aiming at the problem of failure simulation of composite foam-core sandwich structure with antenna,based on the strength failure test of conformal antenna structure with foam sandwich structure as the carrier,an analysis model considering the damage of foam core and composite panel is established.The progressive damage process of sandwich structure with antenna and without antenna is numerically simulated,and the failure load of structures and the influence of antenna are also studied.The results of analysis and test show that the error of failure load between FE simulation and test is less than 5%,which indicates the accuracy of the analysis model satisfied the engineering requirements.The introduction of antenna will weaken the compression bearing capacity of the sandwich structure,which should be paid more attention to in the structural design.
