支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗结核性大气道狭窄的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗结核性大气道狭窄的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年3月-2021年3月梧州市红十字会医院呼吸内科、广西医科大学第二附属医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的58例结核性大气道狭窄患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组采用氩气刀治疗,研究组采用支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况及生活质量(QOL)。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的75.86%(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的31.03%(P<0.05);两组治疗后的生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用支气管镜介入冷冻联合氩气刀治疗结核性大气道狭窄效果确切,可有效提高患者的治疗有效率,并降低发生并发症的情况,安全性高,从而促进患者术后尽早康复,有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bronchoscopic interventional cryotherapy combined with argon knife in the treatment of tuberculous airway stenosis and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods A total of 58 patients with tuberculous airway stenosis admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Wuzhou Red Cross Hospital and the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected as subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with argon knife,and the study group was treated with bronchoscopy interventional cryotherapy combined with argon knife.The therapeutic effect,complications and quality of life(QOL)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.10%,which was higher than 75.86%of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 6.90%,which was lower than 31.03%in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of bronchoscopic interventional cryosurgery combined with argon knife is effectivein the treatment of tuberculous airway stenosis,which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high safety,so as to promote the early postoperative rehabilitation of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
