古典“苍龟探穴”刺法的溯源与探究

摘　　要：“苍龟探穴”针法属《金针赋》“飞经走气”四法之一,为“通经接气大段之法”。此针法操作复杂,而原著对其具体针刺方法记载甚是简单,后世医家对其理论和临床应用亦多有扩充和发展。本研究基于文献资料,从“苍龟探穴”针法的源流、操作技法和临床效用等方面进行了探究,发现此针法并非徐凤之作,可能出自江西席弘流派,本法刺激量大,善于过关节、催经气,在痛症、中风后遗症等顽麻冷痹之症的治疗方面具有独特的优势。‘Cang Gui Tan Xue’acupuncture method belongs to one of the four methods of‘Fei Jing Zou Qi’in Jin Zhen Fu.The operation of this acupuncture method is complicated,but the specific acupuncture method recorded in the original book is very simple,which has led to the expansion and development of the theory and its clinical application in later generations of physicians.Based on reviewing literature,this study explored the origin,manipulations and clinical effects of‘Cang Gui Tan Xue’acupuncture method.It is found that this needling method is not XU Feng’s creation,but may be from the Jiangxi XI Hong school.In addition,this method is characterized by a large amount of stimulation,and it is good at passing joints,promoting meridian-Qi,and has unique advantages in treating pain,stroke sequelae and stubborn cold Bi.
