基于古今针灸标准化差异探讨针灸安全性的发展史

摘　　要：本研究基于针灸标准化的各项因素对古今针灸领域所涉及到的不良事件、不良反应等进行比较、探讨,全面分析古代与现代针灸意外发生的趋势,阐述针灸安全性发展史,并对现有影响针灸安全性的情况进行分析并展望。根据针灸标准化的基线,采用古籍研究与比较的方法,整理古籍以及现代文献中造成针灸危险临床经验的总结以及相关案例的记载,分门别类讨论造成针灸危险状况的因素,加深对针灸安全性的历史进展与现状的了解,以更加出色地规避危险。古今在腧穴的标准定位、针灸器械及针灸操作规范等标准化方面的差异影响着针灸安全性的发展。展望未来,遵循既定的针灸标准,促进针灸标准化的建设,提升治疗有效性,推进器械操作创新,确保针灸安全性向积极的方向发展。This study compareed and discussed the adverse events and adverse reactions involved in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion in ancient and modern times based on the various factors of acupuncture standardization,to comprehensively analyze the trend of accidents in ancient and modern acupuncture and moxibustion,to expound the history of the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion,and to analyze and prospect the current situation that affects the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion.Based on the baseline of standardization of acupuncture and moxibustion,this study used the methods of ancient book research and comparative research to sort out the summary of the clinical experience of acupuncture and moxibustion in the modern literature and the records of related cases,discussed the factors that caused the risk of acupuncture and moxibustion,and deepened the understanding of development and status quo in the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion,thus to better avoid danger caused by acupuncture and moxibustion.The differences in standardization of acupoints location,acupuncture equipment and acupuncture operation specifications in ancient and modern times affect the development of acupuncture safety.Looking back at the ancient times,watching the modern,looking forward to the future,follow the established standards of acupuncture and moxibustion,it promotes the construction of acupuncture and moxibustion standardization,improves the effectiveness of treatment,promotes the innovation in device operation,and ensures the safety of acupuncture and moxibustion in a positive direction.
