抻筋指推法配合温针治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析抻筋指推法配合温针治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机分组法将80例粘连期肩关节周围炎的患者分成对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组采用常规推拿手法加温针治疗,观察组采用抻筋指推法加温针治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后的Mc Gill、Melle、Constant-Murley评分及血清IL-6、IL-12、IL-10和TGF-β水平改善程度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率90%(36/40),高于对照组总有效率85%(34/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抻筋指推法配合温针治疗粘连期肩周炎能减轻粘连期肩周炎患者疼痛情况及肩关节活动度,还能明显缩短疗程,提高疗效。Objective:To analyze clinical effect of stretching tendons and fingers pushing method combined with warm needling in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of adhesion stage.Methods:80 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of adhesion stage were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional massage and warming needling,and the observation group was treated with stretching tendons and finger pushing method combined with warm needling.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of McGill,Melle and Constant-Murley,as well as the serum levels of IL-6,IL-12,IL-10 and TGF-βwere more significantly improved in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%(36/40),which was higher than 85%(34/40)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stretching tendons and finger pushing method combined with warm needling can reduce pain and mobility of shoulder joint in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis of adhesion stage.The therapy can also significantly shorten course of treatment and improve curative effect.
