摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中“导气同精”为治疗“五乱”的手法,而庄礼兴教授则将“导气同精针法”细化成“定志调神,徐入徐出,定针导气”的具体操作,认为其可与补泻手法同施,广泛应用于痹证类、颤证类、中风类、神志类及五官类等多种疾病,用以强调针刺须获“气至针下”“气至病所”良效。Daoqi Tongjing acupuncture is a technique used to treat five disorders in Yellow Emperor s Inner Canon.Professor ZHUANG refined Daoqi Tongjing acupuncture into the specific operation of‘determining Will and regulating Shen,slow insertion and withdrawal of needles,and fixing needle to guide Qi’.It is widely used in Bi syndrome,tremor syndrome,apoplexy,psychological disease and ENT with reinforcing and reducing techniques.The application of Daoqi Tongjing acupuncture emphasizes that acupuncture needs to achieve the effects of‘Qi reaching around needles’and‘Qi reaching affected area’.
