摘　　要：目的探讨西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法选取2015年3月至2020年12月我院收治的88例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(44例,孟鲁司特钠治疗)和研究组(44例,在对照组基础上联合西咪替丁治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的皮肤紫癜缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、关节痛缓解时间和皮疹消退时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后10 d,研究组的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月内,研究组的复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.026);研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.034)。结论西咪替丁联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的效果显著,有利于改善炎症指标水平,降低复发率,且安全性高,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cimetidine combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of allergic purpura in children.Methods Eighty-eight children with allergic purpura admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group(44 cases,montelukast sodium treatment)and study group(44 cases,combined with cimetidine treatment on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The skin purpura relief time,abdominal pain relief time,joint pain relief time and rash resolution time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 10 d of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-33(IL-33)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the interleukin-10(IL-10)level was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Within 3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.026);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034).Conclusion Cimetidine combined with montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of allergic purpura in children,it is beneficial to improve inflammatory indexes levels,reduce recurrence rate,and has high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
