摘　　要：目的探讨固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮+维生素E治疗先兆流产的效果及对患者孕激素水平、妊娠相关蛋白-A(PAPP-A)、可溶性人类白细胞抗原-G(sHLA-G)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的120例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(黄体酮+维生素E)和观察组(在对照组基础上联合固肾安胎丸),各60例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PAPP-A、sHLA-G、VEGF表达水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的丙二醛(MDA)水平低于治疗前,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化态(TAS)水平高于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮+维生素E治疗先兆流产的临床效果显著,可提高孕激素水平及PAPP-A、sHLA-G、VEGF表达水平,减轻氧化应激反应。Objective To explore the effect of Gushen Antai pill combined with progesterone+vitamin E on threatened abortion and its influences on progesterone level,pregnancy-associ-atecl plasma protein-A(PAPP-A),soluble human leukocyte antigen-G(sHLA-G)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression.Methods A total of 120 patients with threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(progesterone+vitamin E)and observation group(Gushen Antai pill on the basis of the control group)according to the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-human chorionic gonadotrophin(β-hCG),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E_(2))in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of PAPP-A,sHLA-G and VEGF in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the levels of super oxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(TAS)were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushen Anfetal pill combined with progesterone+vitamin E in the treatment of threatened abortion has remarkable clinical effect,it can improve the level of progesterone and the expression levels of PAPP-A,SHLA-G and VEGF,and alleviate the oxidative stress response.
