视频功能锻炼结合阶段式康复护理对下肢骨创伤手术后患者关节活动功能及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨视频功能锻炼结合阶段式康复护理对下肢骨创伤手术后患者关节活动功能及疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月我院收治的110例下肢骨创伤手术患者,以抽签法随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上采用视频功能锻炼结合阶段式康复护理),各55例。比较两组的关节活动功能、膝关节活动度、疼痛程度、日常生活活动能力及生活质量。结果干预3个月后,观察组的Lysholm评分、膝关节活动度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,Barthel评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组的物质功能、运动功能、社会功能及生活能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论视频功能锻炼结合阶段式康复护理应用于下肢骨创伤手术后患者的护理中,有助于提高其关节活动功能,减轻疼痛程度,也能提高患者的日常生活活动能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the effects of video function exercise combined with staged rehabilitation nursing on joint activity function and pain degree of patients after lower limb bone trauma surgery.Methods A total of 110 patients with lower limb bone trauma surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(video functional exercise combined with staged rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group)by lottery method,with 55 cases in each group.The joint activity function,knee joint range of motion,pain degree,activity of daily living and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the Lysholm score and knee joint range of motion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Barthel score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of physical function,motor function,social function and living ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Video functional exercise combined with staged rehabilitation nursing used in the nursing of patients after lower limb bone trauma surgery helps to improve the joint activity function,reduce the pain degree,also improve daily living ability and quality of life of patients.
