根本原因分析法结合SBAR沟通模式对妇产科护理管理质量及风险事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨根本原因分析法(RCA)结合现状-背景-评估-建议(SBAR)沟通模式对妇产科护理管理质量及风险事件发生率的影响。方法将2019年8月至2020年2月在妇产科住院的40例患者纳入对照组(常规护理管理),另将2020年3月至9月在妇产科住院的40例患者纳入观察组(RCA+SBAR沟通模式+常规护理管理),两组患者均由本科室20名护士参与护理。比较两组护士的护理质量评分、患者的风险事件发生情况、医生及患者对护士的护理满意度评分。结果管理后,观察组的病房管理、病情观察、专科护理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的风险事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组医生及患者对护士的护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论RCA结合SBAR沟通模式可提高妇产科护理管理质量,降低风险事件发生率,提高医生及患者的护理满意度。Objective To explore the influences of root cause analysis(RCA)combined with situation-background-assessment-recommendation(SBAR)communication mode on the quality of obstetrics and gynecology department nursing management and the incidence of risk events.Methods Forty patients who were hospitalized in the obstetrics and gynecology department from August 2019 to February 2020 were included in the control group(routine nursing management),and 40 patients who were hospitalized in the obstetrics and gynecology department from March to September 2020 were included in the observation group(RCA+SBAR communication mode+routine nursing management).The patients of both groups were cared by 20 nurses in the undergraduate department.The nursing quality scores of nurses,the occurrence of risk events of patients,and the nursing satisfaction scores of doctors and patients to nurses were compared between the two groups.Results After management,the ward management,disease observation and specialty nursing scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of risk events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of doctors and patients to nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion RCA combined with SBAR communication mode can improve the quality of obstetrics and gynecology department nursing management,reduce the incidence of risk events,and improve the nursing satisfaction of doctors and patients.
