我国高等教育区域中心发展的新态势与东北地区的应对思路

摘　　要：近年来我国高等教育区域中心建设出现了高等教育区域次生中心逐步形成、跨区域高等教育区域中心脱颖而出、基于产教融合的高校集群不断涌现等新的发展态势。在此背景下,东北区域经济协同亟待发挥高等教育联动作用,国家区域发展战略布局客观需要东北高等教育凝聚合力,高等教育增长极培育为东北高等教育区域中心建设提供路径支持。基于此,东北地区高等教育区域中心建设要做好三个“推进”:一是推进高等教育资源协同治理机制,打破行政壁垒;二是推进校地深度融合机制,做强大学群;三是推进产教深度融合机制,做强学科群。In recent years,the construction of regional centers of higher education in China has witnessed the gradual formation of regional secondary centers of higher education,the emergence of trans-regional centers of higher education,and the emergence of university clusters based on the integration of industry and education.In this context,the northeast regional economic coordination urgently needs to play the linkage role of higher education;the national regional development strategy layout objectively needs the cohesion of northeast higher education;and the cultivation of higher education growth pole provides path support for the construction of northeast regional higher education center.Based on this,the countermeasures for the construction of the regional center of higher education in northeast China are as follows:first,promote the collaborative governance mechanism of higher education resources and break administrative barriers;second,promote the mechanism of deep integration between universities and local areas to strengthen university groups;third,promote the mechanism of deep integration of industry and education,and strengthen the subject group.
