摘　　要：目的分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者应用降钙素原(PCT)、氨基末端脑钠尿肽原(NT-Pro BNP)和D-二聚体水平检测的临床价值.方法抽取于2021年1月-2021年12月期间在新疆医科大学第五附属医院接受健康体检的30例患者列入健康组,另抽取同时期在该院就诊的30例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者及30例急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者分别列入疾病1组及疾病2组,三组患者均进行PCT、NT-Pro BNP和D-二聚体水平检测,针对各指标水平进行分析,并比较分析结果.结果比较组间各指标水平发现,健康组PCT、NT-Pro BNP和D-二聚体水平低于疾病1组及疾病2组,而疾病2组PCT、NT-Pro BNP和D-二聚体水平高于疾病1组,P<0.05.结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病诊断中,应用PCT、NT-Pro BNP和D-二聚体水平进行检测可获得准确的诊断结果,并在疾病预后评估中具有显著价值,建议临床应用.Objective To analyze the clinical value of procalcitonin(PCT),n-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-Pro BNP)and D-dimer in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 30 patients who underwent physical examination in 2021 from January to December were included in the health groupin addition,30 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and 30 patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were included in disease group I and Disease Group 2,respectively,the levels of PCT,NT-Pro BNP and D-dimer were measured in three groups,and the results were compared.Results The levels of PCT,NT-Pro BNP and D-dimer in healthy group were lower than those in disease group 1 and disease group 2,while the levels of PCT,NT-Pro BNP and D-dimer in disease group 2 were higher than those in disease group 1(P<0.05).Conclus ion In the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,PCT,NT-Pro BNP and D-dimer levels can be used to obtain accurate diagnostic results,and in the evaluation of disease prognosis has significant value,it is recommended for clinical adoption.
