摘 要:目的探讨基于微信平台的延续性护理对高血压患者的应用效果.方法选取2020年10月-2021年10月河池市人民医院收治的高血压患者124例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=62),两组患者住院期间给予相同的降高血压药物治疗及护理,出院后,对照组给予常规的电话随访,观察组在常规电话随访的基础上给予微信平台的延续性护理服务,比较两组患者的高血压知识、自我护理能力、服药依从性及血压控制情况.结果出院后6个月,观察组患者的高血压知识(80.83±7.55)分,明显高于对照组的(64.75±7.01)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.735,P<0.001);观察组患者的自我护理能力(148.16±9.68)分,明显高于对照组的(125.35±9.25)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.131,P<0.001);观察组患者的用药依从率96.77%明显高于对照组的66.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.270,P<0.001);观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压分别为[(132.65±5.32)mmHg、(88.93±3.71)mmHg],均显著优于对照组[(147.34±5.56)mmHg、(94.46±4.13)mmHg],差异均有统计学意义(t=8.235,9.291;P<0.01).结论微信平台的延续性护理服务能有效提高高血压患者的自我护理能力,提高血压控制效果,提高患者生活质量,提高患者及家属对医护工作的满意度.Objective Discuss the application effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat plaform in hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 124 hypertensive patients admited to Hechi People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected,the patients were divided into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=62),The two groups received the same antihypertensive medication and care during hospitalization,post-discharge,the control group gave routine telephone follow-up,and the observation group gave continuous care services to the wechat plaform on the basis of routine telephone fllow-up,Knowledge of hypertension,self-care ability,medication adherence,and blood pressure control were compared in the two groups.Results Six months after the hospital discharge period,the knowledge of hypertension in the observation group(80.83±7.55)was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.75±7.01),the comparative differences were statistically significant(t=13.735,P<0.001);the self-care ability of the patients in the observation group(148.16±9.68)was significantly higher than that in the control group(125.35±9.25),the comparative diferences were statistically significant(=13.131,P<0.001);the medication adherence rate of the observed group of patients of 96.77%was significantly higher than the control group of 66.13%,the comparative dfferences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=19.270,P<0.001);the systolic and diastolic BP in the observation group were(132.65±5.32)mmHg and(88.93±3.71)mmHg],respectively,which were superior to the control group[(147.34±5.56)mmHg,(94.46±4.13)mmHg],the comparative differences were statistically significant(t=8.235,9.291;P<0.01).Conclus ion The continuous nursing service of WeChat platform can effectively improve the self-care ability of hypertension patients,improve the effect of blood pressure control,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families with medical work.
