摘 要:采用液相法制备纳米氧化铝,通过改变反应温度、表面活性剂添加量、铝离子和尿素物质的量比等条件,研究了不同反应条件对生成纳米氧化铝的粒径、形貌等性质的影响。结果表明:纳米氧化铝制备的最佳反应温度是60℃,CTAB的最优含量为0.5%,得到的纳米氧化铝分散性能较好,粒径最小。随着尿素量的增加,制备出的颗粒粒径呈现先减少后增加的趋势,在Al^(3+)和尿素物质的量比为1∶1时得到的产物粒度分布最好。最优条件下制得的产物为γ-Al_(2)O_(3),平均粒径约35 nm,组成相均一,微观形貌为球形,粒径分布窄而且分散性较好,在导热填料领域应用前景广阔。Nano alumina is prepared by liquid phase method.The effects of different reaction conditions on the particle size and morphology of nano alumina are studied by changing the reaction temperature,the amount of surfactant and the molar ratio of aluminum ion to urea.The results show that the optimal reaction temperature for the preparation of nano-alumina is 60℃,the optimal content of CTAB is 0.5%,the obtained nano-alumina has better dispersion performance and the smallest particle size.As the amount of urea increases,the particle size of the prepared particles first decreases and then increases,and the particle size distribution of the product obtained is the best when the molar ratio of Al^(3+)and urea is 1∶1.The product is obtained under the optimal conditions isγ-Al_(2)O_(3),the average particle size is about 35 nm,the composition phase is uniform,the microscopic morphology is spherical,the particle size distribution is narrow and has good dispersibility,and the application prospect in the field of thermally conductive fillers is broad.
