摘 要:为了研究如何降低热转移印花印制色差问题,文章以实验室自用的设计图颜色再现为研究目标,根据在i1 Profiler仪器参数中的测量条件、感知参数选项及照明条件分别制成了相应的ICC特性文件,希望可以实现所见即所得的图片。结果表明,测色条件选择M2,感知参数选项选择色彩丰富和照明条件选择D50,基于热转印的方法印制出的色块在CMC(2︰1)色差公式下的平均色差为0.26,相比于只改变M2测色条件色差降低52.7%,只改变G2感知参数条件色差降低88.2%,只改变D50照明条件降低87.1%,此外颜色样品色牢度均达到4~5级以上。选择合理的仪器参数来制作ICC特性文件有利于提高印品色彩再现的质量,为企业的生产实践提供参考。With the development and progress of society,people’s pursuit of beauty and fashion is becoming increasingly high and personalized.As a key part of improving the quality of textiles,increasing the added value of textiles and enriching the forms of textile expression,printing has attracted increasing attentions.Heat transfer printing has gradually replaced traditional printing as the future development direction of textile printing because of its advantages of small batch,personalization,bright color,high quality and fast response.In 2021,the U.S.textile market was about 1.5 billion m 2,accounting for 6.62%of the global market share.As the world’s second largest economy,China is expected to have a market size of 8.5 billion m 2 by 2026,with a compound annual growth rate of 5.2%.In order to study how to reduce the printing color difference of heat transfer printing,the color reproduction of design drawings used in the laboratory is taken as the research goal,and it is hoped that one can get the images one sees.Taking the camouflage color block in the laboratory self-use design drawing as the research object,this paper studies the instrument parameters for making ICC characteristic files in the latest color management software i1 Profiler of X·Rite Inc.:the influence of changes in measurement conditions,perception parameter options and lighting conditions on the color difference of fabric printing.The color block of self-use design drawing is printed on 120 g/m 2 polyester fiber by means of thermal transfer printing at 220℃for 30 s.The color reproduction effect is evaluated by using the color difference measured by Datacolor500 color measuring and matching instrument.The color block printed in the ICC characteristic file made by the default instrument parameters of the enterprise is taken as the standard sample,and the color changes of the printed color block and the standard sample color block are compared.At present,enterprises often use the color management software Profile Maker.As for the latest color ma
