摘  要:为促进智能纺织品行业高效、多元和可持续性发展,本文探索了3D打印技术在智能纺织品制作上的应用,并梳理了智能纺织品在不同领域的功能分类,包括智能变色、智能温控、形状记忆、防水透湿、智能活性和智能电子纺织品。介绍了3D打印在纺织品行业的主流技术类型,分析得出3D打印在智能纺织品领域具有制造成本大幅度降低、制造环节被有效简化、多种材料的组合、提升织物性能质量、实现可持续制造的优势,并结合案例综述了目前3D打印技术在智能纺织品领域的研究进展。3D打印在智能纺织品领域的应用,不仅促进了智能纺织品的制造技术创新发展,也在设计开发、功能结构、材料组合等方面表现出更为广泛的应用价值。3 D printing technology is known as one of the 21 disruptive technologies that gave birth to the fourth industrial revolution.It integrates cutting-edge technologies in many fields,such as material science and chemistry,digital modeling technology,electromechanical control technology,and information technology.3 D printing technology actively and organically connects social needs with social manufacturing capabilities,allowing for the effective mutual transformation of demand and supply.The textile industry has continued to develop from meeting the basic needs of human beings.One of the important drivers of its sustainable development is the unremitting pursuit of improving the functions of textiles.3 D printing technology has been applied to the field of smart textiles as an emerging manufacturing technology.It has attracted much attention from the industry due to its advantages of accelerated processing of complex shapes,low cost,simplified manufacturing tools,and high energy savings.However,3 D printing technology also has the disadvantages of the limited size of the direct manufacturing model,relatively low manufacturing accuracy,relatively rough surface processing quality,the relatively limited use of material range and performance,and the to-be-improved intelligent level of control software,which also causes the limitations of 3 D printing technology in the field of intelligent textiles.This paper deeply explores the application of 3 D printing technology in the production of smart textiles in order to promote the efficient,diverse,and sustainable development of the smart textile industry.Smart textiles,widely used in in many fields involving transportation,energy,and medical fields,as well as protection,security,and communication,are classified according to their functions into several types of smart color-changing,temperature control,shape memory,waterproof and moisture-permeable,active textiles and smart electronic textiles.At present,there are dozens of types of 3 D printing technologies,but not all of
