摘 要:传统的直流电机具有响应迅速、力矩大的优势,但是无法保证转动的精度。步进电机的控制精度高,但转动力矩小。齿轮减速电机不仅具有传统电机的优势,同时也具有步进电机的高精度的特点,其应用十分广泛,因此对齿轮减速电机的控制算法研究非常有意义。基于ARM平台,使用STM32F103ZET6处理器作为主控芯片,设计出一种线性控制算法,输出PWM信号,实现对齿轮减速电机的转速和对齿轮减电机时间的精准调节。该设计解决电机控制精度不高的问题,并充分发挥齿轮减速电机力矩大、响应快的优势,实现对齿轮减速同步电机转动角度的精确控制,达到相应领域的特定需求。The traditional DC motor has advantages of quick response and large torque,but it can not guarantee the precision of rotation.The control precision of stepper motor is high,but the rotational torque is small.Gear reduction motor not only has advantages of traditional motor,but also has characteristics of high precision stepper motor.So its application is very extensive,and the research on the control algorithm of gear reduction motor is of practical significance.This design is mainly based on the ARM platform,using STM32F103ZET6 processor as the main control chip,in which a linear control algorithm is designed,and PWM signal is output,the speed and the time of gear reduction motor precision adjustment can be achieved,the problem of the low motor control precision can be sowed.Moreover,the advantage of large torqve and fast vesponse of gear reduction motor can be fully displayed,the precision control of gear reduction synchronous motor rotation angle can be achieved,and the specific corresponding field can be met.
