摘  要:通过对备战2018年荷兰坐式排球世锦赛的8名国家坐式女排运动员赛前训练期间血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、血尿素氮(BU)、肌酸激酶(CK)、睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)及T/C值等生化指标进行监测与分析。结果表明:1)血红蛋白水平整体较低,与血清铁蛋白水平普遍偏低有关,存在缺铁性贫血现象;2)血尿素氮的变化趋势与训练计划中训练负荷变化趋势基本一致,可较好反映坐式女排运动员的机能状态;3)血清睾酮水平较低时,运动员竞技状态反而较佳,水平较高时,运动员竞技能力不一定处于最佳状态,即血清睾酮水平与运动能力不匹配;4)多名运动员血清皮质醇水平一直处于临床水平上限或高于正常临床水平。结论:残障运动员运动训练期间血液生化指标呈现特有的变化规律。In this study,the Blood Bemoglobin(HB),Red Blood cell(RBC),White Blood cell(WBC),Serum Ferritin(SF),Blood Urea Nitrogen(BU),Creatine Kinase(CK),Testosterone(T),Cortisol(C)and T/C of 8 national women’s volleyball athletes who are preparing for the 2018 Netherlands sitting Volleyball World Championships were studied and other biochemical indicators were monitored and analyzed.The results show that:1)The overall low level of hemoglobin is related to the general low level of serum ferritin,and there is iron deficiency anemia;2)The change trend of blood urea nitrogen was basically consistent with the change trend of training load in the training plan,which can well reflect the functional state of sitting female volleyball players;3)When the serum testosterone level is low,the athletes’competitive state is better.But when the serum testosterone level is high,the athletes’competitive ability may not be in the best state,which means the serum testosterone level does not match the athletic ability;4)The serum cortisol level of many athletes was always in the upper limit of clinical level or higher than normal clinical level.It suggests that the blood biochemical indexes of disabled athletes show special change rule during sports training.
