摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋部骨折患者术后进行康复锻炼依从性的影响因素。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月郑州市第三人民医院骨科接收的92例老年髋部骨折患者作为研究对象。所有患者均接受髋部骨折手术治疗,并根据患者术后康复锻炼依从性分为两组。设计患者基线资料调查表,比较两组基线资料,分析老年髋部骨折患者术后康复锻炼依从性的影响因素。结果92例老年髋部骨折术后患者依从性优良者57例,占61.96%,依从性中差者35例,占38.04%;依从性中差组年龄、并发症及心理因素与依从性优良组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);logistic回归显示,年龄、并发症及心理因素是老年髋部骨折患者术后康复锻炼依从性的危险因素。结论年龄、并发症及心理因素是老年髋部骨折患者术后康复锻炼依从性的危险因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with hip fracture received from the Department of Orthopedics of Zhengzhou Third People’s Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients received surgical treatment of hip fracture,and were divided into two groups according to the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise.The questionnaire of patients’baseline data was designed,the baseline data of the two groups was compared,and the influencing factors of postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance of elderly patients with hip fracture were analyzed.Results The compliance of 92 elderly patients with hip fracture after operation was excellent in 57 cases,accounting for 61.96%,and poor in 35 cases,accounting for 38.04%.Age,complications and psychological factors between the moderate and poor compliance group and the excellent compliance group were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results showed that age,complications and psychological factors were the risk factors for the compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients with hip fracture.Conclusion Age,complications and psychological factors are the risk factors of postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in elderly patients with hip fracture.
