退休老干部颈动脉超声筛查结果及颈动脉粥样硬化病变的危险因素

摘　　要：目的应用颈动脉超声对退休老干部进行筛查分析,并分析颈动脉粥样硬化病变的相关因素。方法选取2019年8月至2021年2月接受体检的1500名退休老干部作为研究对象,所有受检者均接受颈动脉超声检查。设计基线资料调查表,记录研究所需资料,并根据退休老干部颈动脉粥样硬化病变检出情况分为颈动脉病变组和正常组,探析退休老干部颈动脉粥样硬化病变的相关因素。结果以颈动脉超声检测结果为准,1500名退休老干部检出发生颈动脉粥样硬化病变875名,检出率为58.33%;颈动脉病变组吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);建立logistic回归分析模型,结果显示,吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症是退休老干部颈动脉粥样硬化病变发生的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论退休老干部颈动脉粥样硬化病变发生率较高,并且吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症是退休老干部颈动脉病变发生的相关因素。Objective To screen and analyze retired cadres by carotid ultrasound,and analyze the related factors of carotid atherosclerosis.Methods A total of 1500 retired cadres who underwent physical examination from August 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All subjects underwent carotid ultrasound.The baseline data questionnaire was designed to record the data required for the study.According to the detection of carotid atherosclerosis in retired cadres,they were divided into carotid artery lesion group and normal group.The related factors of carotid atherosclerosi in retired cadres were explored.Results Based on the results of carotid ultrasound,875 cases of carotid atherosclerosis were detected in 1500 retired cadres,with a detection rate of 58.33%.Smoking,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia between carotid artery lesion group and normal group were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis model was established,and the results showed that smoking,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia were risk factors for carotid atherosclerosis in retired cadres(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis in retired cadres is relatively high,and smoking,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia are related factors of carotid artery disease in retired cadres.
