盐酸环丙沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究盐酸环丙沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院妇产科收治的80例宫颈支原体感染患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,每组40例。A组采用阿奇霉素治疗,B组在A组基础上联合盐酸环丙沙星栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效、阴道症状评分、生命质量评分、情绪评分。结果治疗前,两组阴道症状评分与生命质量评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组阴道症状评分均低于治疗前,生命质量评分均高于治疗前,且B组阴道症状评分低于A组,生命质量评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于治疗前,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗总有效率为95.50%,高于A组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸环丙沙星栓联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈支原体感染效果显著,可明显改善患者阴道症状,缓解不良情绪,提高生命质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervical mycoplasma infection.Methods 80 patients with cervical mycoplasma infection who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.Group A was treated with azithromycin,and group B was treated with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository on the basis of group A,the clinical efficacy,vaginal symptom score,quality of life score,and emotional score were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of vaginal symptoms and quality of life between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of vaginal symptoms in both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the scores of quality of life were higher than that before treatment,and the scores of vaginal symptoms in group B were lower than that group A,the quality of life score was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score between the two groups;after treatment,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of the before treatment,and the group B was lower than the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of group B was 95.50%,which was higher than 77.50%of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository combined with azithromycin has significant effect in the treatment of cervical mycoplasma infection,can significantly improve vaginal symptoms,relieve negative emotions,and improve the quality of daily life,which is worthy of clinical application.
