高频超声检查在上肢神经损伤中的应用效果及作用研究

摘　　要：目的分析高频超声检查运用在上肢神经损伤诊断中的效果及作用。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月本院接诊且经手术证实的80例上肢神经损伤患者作为研究对象,术前均行神经电生理检查、高频超声检查,分析两种检查方法的诊断符合率、检出情况。结果高频超声检查陈旧性断裂(89.47%)、神经部分断裂(82.35%)、神经完全断裂(90.63%)、上肢神经卡压综合征(83.33%)的诊断符合率均高于神经电生理检查(73.68%、70.59%、81.25%、75.00%),但差异无统计学意义;高频超声检查检出桡神经损伤14例、尺神经损伤29例、正中神经损伤37例,与手术结果一致。结论高频超声检查对诊断上肢神经损伤具有较好应用效果,检查结果与手术结果一致,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect and role of high-frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of upper extremity nerve injury.Methods 80 patients with upper extremity nerve injury who were diagnosed from November 2019 to November 2020 our hospital and confirmed by surgery were selected as the research subjects.Before surgery,neuroelectrophysiological examination and high-frequency ultrasound were performed,the diagnostic coincidence rate and detection rate of the two examination methods were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency ultrasonography in old fracture(89.47%),partial rupture of the nerve(82.35%),complete rupture of the nerve(90.63%),upper limb nerve compression syndrome(83.33%)were slightly higher than those of neuroelectrophysiological examination(73.68%,70.59%,81.25%,75.00%),but there was no statistical significance;high frequency ultrasonography detected 14 cases of radial nerve injury,29 cases of ulnar nerve injury and 37 cases of median nerve injury,which were consistent with the surgical results.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography has a good application effect in the diagnosis of upper extremity nerve injury,and the examination results are consistent with the surgical results,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
