摘 要:目的:针对传统的全自动进样机构中的试管架位信息采集模块存在结构复杂、体积偏大、不易装调与维护等弊端,设计一种基于ARM9的嵌入式试管架位信息采集模块。方法:该模块硬件由ARM9核心板、CMOS摄像头、玻璃面板、相关通信接口以及铝壳体组成,其中ARM9核心板以NXP i.MX280为主控芯片;软件主要由摄像头驱动模块、串口及网口通信模块、条码识别模块、试管有无识别模块、试管类型识别模块、试管液面高度识别模块、补光灯检测模块、异常报警处理模块组成,设计时需要搭建ARM9嵌入式Linux系统,并采用图像处理、图像特征提取、图像识别技术实现对试管架位信息的采集与识别。将该模块样机安装在全自动进样机构上进行测试,验证该模块的识别效果。结果:该模块能够对试管架条码、试管架位有无试管、试管条码以及试管样本颜色、类型、浊度和液位等信息进行正确识别,且识别准确率均达到99%以上。结论:该模块结构简单、体积小、安装及维护十分方便,且成本较低,基本能够满足医疗检验设备试管架位信息采集的需求。Objective To design an ARM9-based embedded test tube rack information acquisition module to solve the problems of complex structure,large size and difficulty in installing and maintenance for the module in the traditional fully automatic sample feeding mechanism.Methods An ARM9-based embedded test tube rack information acquisition module was developed composed of an ARM9 core board,a CMOS camera,a glass panel,communication interfaces and an aluminum shell,and the ARM9 core board used NXP i.MX280 as the main control chip.The software of the module involved in the modules for camera driver,serial and network communication,barcode recognition,tube existence recognition,tube type distinguishment,tube liquid level identification,fill-in light detection and abnormal condition alarm treatment.An ARM9 embedded Linux system was built,and the acquisition and recognition of test tube rack information were realized with the technologies of image processing,image feature extraction and image recognition.The module prototype was installed on the fully automatic sample feeding mechanism for testing to verify the recognition effect of the module.Results The module could correctly identify the barcodes of the test tube and the rack,the existence of test tubes and the color,type,turbidity and liquid level of the test tube samples,and the identification accuracies were all higher than 99%.Conclusion The module developed gains advantages in simple structure,small size,convenience in installing and maintenance and low cost,and can meet the requirements of tube rack information acquisition for clinical laboratory equipment.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(8):14-19]
