摘  要:介绍了近年来基于3D打印构建应用于医学影像系统测试与评估的物理模型的研究现状,从打印技术、打印材料、组织部位、模型用途、模型优缺点等方面阐述了针对不同原理医学成像(X射线、CT、MRI、核素成像、超声成像)的模型构建方式与特征,分析了模型的形状结构准确性和构建模型的材料特性。最后指出研制不同模态性能与人体组织相一致的可打印材料将为物理模型的构建提供更多可能。The current research status of 3D printing-based physical models applied to medical imaging system testing and evaluation in recent years was introduced.The model construction methods and characteristics for different principles of medical imaging(X-ray,CT,MRI,nuclide imaging,ultrasound imaging)were described in terms of printing technology,printing materials,tissue sites,model uses and model advantages and disadvantages,and the accuracy of model shapes and structures and the material properties for building models were analyzed.It's noted that printable materials with different modal properties consistent with human tissue provided possibilities for the construction of physical models.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2022,43(8):89-94]
