摘　　要：目的分析Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤的临床效果。方法抽取2018年1月至2021年10月解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院收治的大面积烧伤患者64例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组32例。对照组采用Meek植皮术治疗,研究组采用Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗。比较两组围术期情况、植皮面积、植皮成功率、1%血浆用量、血清白蛋白用量、创面细菌检出率及住院情况。结果研究组手术时间、创面结痂时间、创伤面愈合时间均短于对照组,术后12 d VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组植皮面积小于对照组,植皮成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组1%血浆用量和血清白蛋白用量均少于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组创面细菌检出率(31.25%,10/32)低于对照组(84.38%,27/32),P<0.05;研究组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Meek植皮术联合悬浮床治疗大面积烧伤患者可提高植皮治疗效果,并能减少1%血浆用量和血清白蛋白用量,加快患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,降低医疗支出,减轻医疗负担。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bed in the treatment of extensive burns.Methods A total of 64 patients with extensive burns treated in No.990 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of People’s Liberation Armay from January 2018 to October 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated by Meek skin grafting,while the study group was treated by Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bed.The perioperative conditions,skin grafting area,skin grafting success rate,1%plasma dosage,serum albumin dosage,wound bacterial detection rate,and hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,wound scabbing time,and wound healing time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the visual analogue scale score 12 days after operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The skin grafting area of the study group was smaller than that of the control group,and the success rate of skin grafting was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The 1%plasma dosage and serum albumin dosage in the study group were less than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The wound bacterial detection rate of the study group was 31.25%(10/32),which was lower than 84.38%(27/32)of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the hospitalization expenses were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meek skin grafting combined with suspension bed in the treatment of patients with extensive burns can improve the therapeutic effect of skin grafting,and can reduce the 1%plasma dosage and serum albumin dosage,speed up postoperative recovery,shorten hospitalization time,reduce medical expenses,and reduce medical burden.
