摘 要:冶金工业是资源、能源密集型行业,面临的节能、CO_(2)减排压力大,是实现碳达峰、碳中和的重要行业之一,而冶金能源高效利用与优化管控是冶金行业实现节能减排的重要抓手。围绕冶金能源高效利用、余热余能回收与利用、能源系统优化建模及能源管控系统建设等内容,指出了当前冶金行业节能研究进展及未来发展方向,重点围绕能效提升、余热余能高效回收与利用、物质流能量流协同优化等节能降碳技术的研发和推广应用,为实现碳达峰、碳中和目标助力。Metallurgical industry is a resource-and energy-intensive industry,facing high pressure of energy saving and CO_(2) emission reduction,and it is one of the important industries to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and metallurgical energy efficient utilization and optimal control is an important grasp to achieve energy saving and emission reduction in metallurgical industry.The current research progress and future development direction of energy saving in metallurgical industry were pointed out around the efficient utilization of metallurgical energy,waste heat and energy recovery and utilization,energy system optimization modeling and energy management system construction.Focusing on the research and application of energy-saving and carbon-reducing technologies such as energy efficiency improvement,efficient recovery and utilization of waste heat and energy,and coordinated optimization of material flow and energy flow,so as to help meet the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
