国产中压变频器在中厚板轧机主传动的改造研究及应用

摘　　要：轧机主传动是冶金行业的关键设备,中厚板轧机主传动具有大负荷轧制、频繁加减速、工况多变等特点,因此对中压变频器的性能及可靠性要求较高。针对福建三明中板厂轧机主传动的改造需求,提出了一种不同厂家变频器的协同轧制解决方案,介绍了改造系统的主电路方案、电网侧变流器控制机理、电机控制原理和负荷平衡控制,以及国产变频器的用户人机界面。所述中压变频器改造方案经过现场性能考核和稳定性验证,应用结果表明,所提出的传动系统改造方案具有优越的稳态和动态性能,以及良好的用户体验,实现了国产和国外主传动的良好匹配,能够完全满足中厚板轧制工艺需求。The main drive of rolling mill is the key equipment in the metallurgical industry.The main drive of medium plate rolling mill has the characteristics of heavy load rolling,frequent acceleration and deceleration,variable working conditions and so on.Therefore,it has high requirements for the performance and reliability of medium voltage frequency converter.Aiming at the transformation needs of the main drive of the rolling mill in Fujian Sanming Medium Plate Plant,a solution of collaborative rolling system based on frequency converters from different manufacturers was put forward.The main circuit scheme of the transformation system,the grid side control mechanism of medium voltage inverter,the motor control principle and double motor load balance principle,and the user-machine interface of domestic inverter was introduced.The transformation scheme of the medium voltage frequency converter has passed the field performance assessment and stability verification.The application results show that the transformation scheme of the transmission system proposed in this paper has superior steady-state and dynamic performance,good user experience,good matching between domestic and foreign main drives,and can fully meet the requirements of medium plate rolling process.
