摘 要:若采用现有工业化的炼油厂干气回收技术,仅能获得富乙烯气,并需要利用附近的乙烯装置进一步将富乙烯气进行深冷分离。根据某些炼油厂的特殊要求,开发了一种以“预切割和油吸收”技术为核心的从炼油厂干气中回收乙烯的新分离工艺,可以直接获得乙烯物质的量浓度大于99.96%的聚合级乙烯产品。基于某炼油厂干气中含轻质气体较多的工况作为进料条件,通过两级PSA吸附来降低进料中轻质气体的含量,通过预切割、油吸收、降膜换热微分吸收器等惠生烯烃分离流程特有的专利专有技术实现轻质气体与碳二的分离。在低碳烃精馏过程中,通过换热网络匹配等措施来降低装置能耗,还有针对性地设计了干燥脱汞、脱硫脱碳、脱磷脱砷、乙炔加氢等杂质脱除流程。采用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件进行全流程模拟,并对关键工艺参数进行了优化,对干气中杂质的脱除方案进行了探讨,得到了流程简单、能耗低、乙烯回收率高于95%的炼油厂干气回收聚合级乙烯工艺。The existing industrialized refinery dry gas recovery technology can only obtain ethylene-rich gas,and further cryogenic separation of the ethylene-rich gas is required in nearby ethylene plant.According to the special requirements of some refineries,a new separation process with pre-cutting and oil absorption technology as the core was developed for recovery of ethylene from refinery dry gas.Polymer-grade ethylene product with ethylene concentration greater than 99.96% could be obtained directly.Based on the feed condi-tions of a refinery with high light gas content in dry gas,the content of light gas in the feed could be reduced by two-stage PSA.The separation of light gas from C_(2)could be achieved through Wison′ s proprietary technologies such as pre-cutting,oil absorption and falling film heat transfer.During the distillation of light hydrocarbons,some measures including the matching of heat transfer network were taken to reduce the energy consumption of the unit.Some impurity removal processes such as drying and mercury removal,desulfurization and decarbonization,dephosphorization and arsenic removal,and acetylene hydrogenation were designed.PRO/Ⅱprocess simulation software was used,key process parameters were optimized,the schemes for removal of impurities in dry gas were discussed,and a process for recovery of polymer-grade ethylene from refinery dry gas with simple process flow,low energy consumption and ethylene recovery higher than 95% was obtained.
