摘 要:含盐高氨氮催化剂污水是一种典型的化工污水,常规生化方法处理效率低,难以稳定处理,运行成本高。生物膜法其本质是将活性污泥固定在特定的载体上避免被冲刷到反应器以外,附着生长的特性可以在吸附降解废水中有机污染物的同时使大部分微生物群落不直接暴露在有毒、有害环境中,获得一定的抗毒害能力。中国石化自主研发的生物流化床A/O工艺已投入工业应用用于处理乙二醇污水已有较长时间,此次在实验装置上通过A/O工艺开展处理含盐高氨氮催化剂污水研究,结果表明:在C/N为3.5~5.0、水力停留时间为10~14h、温度为30~38℃的条件下,装置运行效果佳,COD去除率达到95%,氨氮去除率达到99%,总氮去除率达到94%,该工艺处理含盐高氨氮污水,污泥增长缓慢,载体挂膜周期长,生物膜稳定,出水稳定,效率高,经济环保。Saline wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen is a kind of typical chemical wastewater.The conventional biochemical method has low treatment efficiency,low treatment stability and high operating cost.The essence of biofilm method is to fix the activated sludge on a specific carrier to avoid being washed out of the reactor.The attached growth characteristic can adsorb and degrade the organic pollutants in wastewater while keeping most microbial communities from being directly exposed to toxic and harmful environment,so as to gain the ability to resist toxicity to a certain extent.The biological fluidized bed A/O process independently developed by Sinopec has been put into industrial application for a long time for treating ethylene glycol wastewater.This time,A/O process was used in experimental unit to treat saline wastewater with high ammonia nitrogen.The results showed that when the C/N is 3.5 ~5.0,the hydraulic retention time is 10 ~14h and the temperature is 30 ~38℃,good operation effect of the unit can be achieved.The COD removal rate reaches95%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reaches 99%,and the total nitrogen removal rate reaches 94%.This process has the advantages of slow sludge growth,long biofilm formation period of carriers,stable biofilm,stable effluent,high efficiency,and good economic and environmental performance.
