摘 要:卫星电源变换器是卫星系统中的关键部件之一。针对传统卫星变换器存在的两个问题,例如输入侧电压较低,通常采用两级多开关结构实现升压供电,导致系统开关器件数量增加,可靠性降低。另一方面,输入侧和输出侧非共地结构,导致悬浮电压高频变化引起高频共模噪声,并引起电磁干扰,影响卫星系统工作。为了解决上述问题,提出一种新的卫星电源升压变换器,分析了电路工作过程,设计了相应的控制方案,并提出了一种改进的调制度算法避免了物理除零的问题,最后搭建了基于TMS320F28335型数字信号处理器(DSP)数字实验平台,通过实验验证了所提方法的有效性。Satellite power converters are one of the most important parts for satellite systems.Aiming at two problems exsiting in the traditional satellite converter,one is the two-stage power conversion with many switches has to be used for stepping up the voltage,due to the low input voltage.It leads to much more switches and reliability reduction.On the other hand,the non common ground structure at the input side and output side leads to the high-frequency change of suspension voltage and high-frequency common mode noise,which results in the electromagnetic interference.It has a negative impact on the operation of the satellite system.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,a new step-up converter for satellite power supply is proposed.The current operation process is analyzed,the control scheme is designed,and an improved modulation algorithm is proposed so as to avoid the division of zero.Finally,the proposed method is tested and verified by the experimental results on a digital experimental platform based on TMS320 F28335 digital signal processor(DSP).
