摘  要:交错并联技术等效地提高了开关电源频率,降低了输出电压纹波。采用电流模式控制的交错并联Buck变换器可实现相间自均流,降低开关管和电感的电流应力。详细介绍了交错并联Buck工作原理,设计了自适应导通时间的谷值电流模式控制策略,给出环路补偿设计以实现快速的瞬态响应。基于LTspice进行仿真分析,仿真结果证明该控制策略的有效性;设计并制作了一款轻薄型电源模块,该电源模块包含两路Buck,可工作在交错并联模式或两路独立工作。控制策略和功率器件集成在同一块硅芯片上,电源模块体积小,重量轻,输出电压纹波低,峰值效率高达94%。Interleaved parallel technology increases the switching frequency equally and thus reduces the output voltage ripple.The interleaved parallel Buck converters have the ability to sharing current if the current mode control is employed,which reduce the current stress of power switches and inductors.Beside the working principle,the control strategy based on adaptive on-time and valley current mode and the compensator design method of the interleaved parallel Buck converter and have been analyzed in detail.Based on LTspice,the simulation results prove the effectiveness of the control strategy.A lightweight micro power module has been developed that contains two Buck which can operate on interleaved parallel mode or independently.The control strategy and power device are integrated on the same silicon chip,the power module is small in size,light in weight,low in output voltage ripple and high in peak efficiency of 94%.
