体外高频热疗仪在子宫内膜异位症所致痛经患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察子宫内膜异位症所致痛经患者治疗中体外高频热疗仪的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2020年2月至2021年2月本院子宫内膜异位症所致痛经患者60例,依据治疗方法分为体外高频热疗仪组和常规性药物治疗组,各30例。统计分析两组痛经积分、疼痛程度、心理状态、临床疗效、疼痛缓解时间、月经恢复正常时间、性激素水平、满意度。结果体外高频热疗仪组患者的痛经积分、NRS评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于常规性药物治疗组(P<0.05)。体外高频热疗仪组患者的总有效率的93.33%(28/30),高于常规性药物治疗组73.33%(22/30)(χ2=4.320,P<0.05)。体外高频热疗仪组患者的疼痛缓解时间和月经恢复正常时间均短于常规性药物治疗组(t=11.581,t=6.294,P<0.05)。治疗后,体外高频热疗仪组患者的FSH、LH、E2水平均低于常规性药物治疗组(P<0.05)。体外高频热疗仪组患者的满意度96.67%(29/30),高于常规性药物治疗组的73.33%(22/30)(χ2=4.706,P<0.05)。结论体外高频热疗仪治疗子宫内膜异位症所致痛经效果较,可显著改善患者的临床症状,缩短疼痛和恢复时间,降低性激素水平,提高患者对诊疗服务的满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,60 patients with dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis in our hospital were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into two groups:the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia group and the conventional drug treatment group.with 30 cases in each.Statistical analysis of dysmenorrhea score,pain degree,psychological state,clinical efficacy,pain relief time,menstrual return to normal time,sex hormone level,and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The dysmenorrhea score,NRS score,anxiety score and depression score of the patients in the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia group were lower than those in the conventional drug treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of patients in the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that in the conventional drug treatment group,which was 73.33%(22/30)(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).The pain relief time and menstrual recovery time in the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia group were shorter than those in the conventional drug treatment group(t=11.581,t=6.294,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia group were lower than those in the conventional drug treatment group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the conventional drug treatment group(χ2=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal high-frequency hyperthermia is more effective in the treatment of dysmenorrhea caused by endometriosis,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten pain and recovery time,reduce the level of sex hormones,and improve patients’satisfaction with diagnosis and treatment services.
