摘 要:为实现在超精密两轴车床上对离轴抛物面这类非回转对称的复杂曲面的车削,提出了一种利用UMAC的外部时基控制的方法实现离轴抛物面的加工。首先分析了离轴抛物面的加工原理和方法,依据平移旋转方程对工件的坐标进行转换,着重研究了UMAC运动控制卡的时基协调控制功能,以完成离轴抛物面的车削。最后进行了工艺试验,对于700mm×700mm的离轴抛物面,面型精度RMS达到2μm,粗糙度Ra=0.02μm。In order to machine a kind of complex surface with non rotational symmetry on an ultra precision X-Z lathe,by using the external time base control of UMAC(universal motion and automation controller), the machining of off-axis paraboloid was realized. Firstly, the machining principle and method of off-axis paraboloid are analyzed, and the coordinates of the workpiece are converted according to the translation and rotation equation. The time base control function of UMAC motion control card is emphatically studied to complete the turning of off-axis paraboloid. Finally, the process test was carried out. For the off-axis paraboloid of 700mm*700mm, the surface accuracy RMS reached 2um,and the roughness Ra=0.02μm.
