摘 要:为了提高钛合金铆钉与飞机碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)结构的连接性能,促进Ti45Nb铆钉在航空领域的广泛应用,将脉冲电流作用于压铆全程,从多方面研究了不同脉冲电流密度对CFRP铆接接头连接性能的影响规律。结果表明:脉冲电流对钛合金铆钉软化效果明显,在0~13A/mm^(2)范围内,随着电流密度的增加,压铆力逐渐减小、铆钉镦头直径/高度比和铆接干涉量逐渐增大;此外,不同电流密度对接头静拉伸强度影响不大。In order to improve the connection performance between titanium alloy rivet and aircraft carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composite(CFRP) structure and promote the wide application of ti45nb rivet in aviation field, the pulse current was applied to the whole process of press riveting. The effects of different pulse current densities on the connection performance of CFRP riveted joints were studied from many aspects. The results show that the softening effect of pulse current on titanium alloy rivets is obvious. In the range of 0 ~ 13A/mm^(2), with the increase of current density, the riveting force decreases gradually, the diameter/height ratio of rivet head and the amount of riveting interference increase gradually;In addition, different current densities have little effect on the static tensile strength of the butt joint.
