摘  要:在分析柱塞泵缸体结构特点及均布偏心孔高精度技术要求的基础上,研制了专用金刚石车刀;设计了真空吸附偏心分度工装以保证9孔的位置精度,并采用“三点平衡法”进行工装的静态平衡调整;制订了精镗偏心预孔、双销定位分度、单独找正再超精车的超精密加工工艺方案,完成了偏心孔的高精度超精车削加工,提高了缸体均布偏心孔的加工质量及其一致性。将超精密车削技术应用于铜质柱塞泵缸体偏心盲孔的超精密加工具有一定的创新性。Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the piston pump cylinder body and the high-precision technical requirements of uniformly distributed eccentric holes, a special diamond turning tool is developed. The vacuum adsorption eccentric dividing tooling is designed to ensure the position accuracy of 9 holes, and the three-point balance method is used to adjust the static balance of the tooling. The ultra-precision machining process scheme of fine boring eccentric pre hole, double pin positioning and indexing, separate alignment and ultra-precision ultra-precision tuning of eccentric holes is completed, which improves the machining quality and consistency of uniformly distributed eccentric holes in the cylinder block. It is innovative to apply the ultra-precision turning technology to the ultra-precision machining of eccentric blind holes in the cylinder body of copper piston pump.
